The stereo optical noise gate is distortion-free with amazing transparency as well as the option to set the amount of gating. Super-precise and unobtrusive, it intervenes only when you want it to and just as much – or as little – as you need it to.

One of its stand-out characteristics is that, despite the noise gate section being placed at the end of the sound chain, it is controlled by an envelope detector placed after the input buffer. This means it intervenes based on your guitar signal and not the noise added by the other effects in the chain.

The Sustain switch allows you to play solos with long sustained notes without the annoying cut-off of the noise gate.

Plus, you can alter the amount of attenuation you want for a gentle noise gate with a low-noise attenuation.
